This is a great side dish to our grilled protein mains.
Enjoy it with grilled spicy chicken strips.
1 baby pok choi cut or torn to bite size pieces
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
salt and black pepper
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp corn flour with a little water, mixed well
Sautée the chopped ginger and onoin in a little oil. Add the water, and the spices andbring to the boil.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Thicken with corn flour. If it is too thick add more water.
Toss the pok choi pieces with this sauce until it is wilted.
Serve hot and garnish with pine nuts.
