Pancake or omelet? What do you think?
1 ripe banana, but not brown
1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
2 tbsp choc protein powder
1/2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Mix the banana, eggs, protein powder with a stick blender. Don’t make very smooth mixture!
Pour the mixture into a medium hot pan sprayed with little oil.
Turn on your grill.
When the pancake or omelet has got a crispy base (check carefully with a spatula) put the under the grill just to set the top of your pancake and to give a little color. It will take a minute or so.
It has to be trembly!
scatter with one tablespoon of chocolate protein powder and fold in half, or make a roll.
Scatter with the cocoa powder and enjoy with a mug of milk.
