1 handful of pok choy
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 cube chicken stock powdered
Salt and black pepper
In hot oil sautée the chopped ginger. Add chili flakes, salt and black pepper, 1/2 cube chicken stock powder.
Add a few tablespoons of water. Bring to the boil.
Mix 1/2 tsp corn flour with a little water and add to the pan. The mixture will get thicker. If it is too thick add more water.
Cut the pok choi leaves to bite size pieces and toss with the mixture.
Boil for a minute or so until the leaves wilt.
Season to your liking and serve.
