150 g chicken breast strips
1 tsp ginger garlic paste (TESCO)
1/2 tsp lemon paste (TESCO)
1/2 sachet fajita spice mixture
Mix the ginger garlic paste, the lemon paste and the spice mixture.
Rub the chicke strips in this mixture and marinate.
On a very little oil grill the strips in a pan.
When it is ready, serve hot with Spicy pok choi, or green salad.
