A very tasty, fitness protein meal.
The chicken is juicy in a mildly hot sauce.
If you’re having a diet serve with 60 g boiled white rice.
2 chicken breasts
Flour to dust
Oil to fry
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp capers, chopped
50 ml dry wine
200 ml chicken stock
2-3 tbsp sour cream
Salt, coarsly crushed black pepper, red chili powder
This is very quick chicken one dish meal. Good for dieters or for those who just want to eat healthily.
You can prepare it in ten minutes, the rest is done by the oven.

Make a butterfly cut chicken breast and between clingfilm sheets pound the fillet.
How to make butterfly cut?
Season with salt and black pepper. Place the fillets into a glass dish, scatter shredded cheese over them. Season the double cream as well and pour over the fillets.
Scatter shredded cheese over it.
Place cherry tomatos over it, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake until it gets colour for ten minutes more.
When it’s cooked let it rest for ten minutes then serve.
