Ingredients

4 fillets of perch pike

1 can coconut milk

1 onion chopped

2 cm ginger julienned

1-2 bay leaves

1/4 red capsicum paprika chopped

1/4 yellow capsicum paprika chopped

Salt, black pepper

1-2 tbsp butter
